For first time customers of Naturoll the minimum order value is 1,000 items. We can provide sample packs, further to your inquiry.

New customers will be placed on Proforma (pre-payment of total order value) until such time that total orders invoiced is over 1,000 items.

Once customers have successfully placed three repeat orders and the order does not include custom made items, they will be placed automatically on 14 day net account.

We do not provide discounts. We do provide tailor made offers in case of customized items.
We also support building long term relationships and reward returning customers. Once your aggregate orders exceed 100,000 items, we will place you in our 100,000-1,000,000 items price bracket, which is significantly lower.

All prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of VAT (if applicable) or shipping fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.

In addition to Art. 1 we require full payment in advance for first time customers, as well as for customized orders.

For orders that exceed 10,000 items we require 30% down payment, which will be made to the bank account of Stichting Safe Harbour with the order number. Stichting Safe Harbour will release funds solely for financing the cost of fulfilment of said order number.
For order exceeding 10,000 items, we can require documents against payment (d/p) or documents against acceptance (d/a) before we release the shipment.

Returns must be made in writing directly to Naturoll within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Naturoll’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.
